Re: I'm Going Racing!
I'm going to park my decker on the track then pull out in front of you as you try to overtake.

Re: I'm Going Racing!
I'm going to paint a pedestrian/zebra crossing on the racetrack and keep crossing as you approach.

Re: I'm Going Racing!
I have found out that there are others driving as well, which will give me an opportunity to show my competitive side... I wonder if there will be 9mm Uzis attached to the car?

Not yours.

I will obviously be breaking Mendhaks legs, as I stop only for horses... not for frogs.

Re: I'm Going Racing!
I've been to Silverstone for a day like that, but wasn't driving (one of my friends was, and there were no more spaces available ).
He had a fantastic time (so much that he's now arranging his third time!), and I'm sure you will too.
Unfortunately you don't really get to race anyone as you all start at different times to keep you spread out, but apparently you will be amazed by the abilities of that kind of car.

Re: I'm Going Racing!
True, I watched a video of some chap driving around Stowe Circuit and he was allowed to overtake, I guess the difference is racing is in a comptetive nature... Anyways I plan on staying out there until the fuel runs out
I had planed on doing this before, but the cost was too high, however I got an email saying 50% off... bargain!
I will try and get some pictures, maybe even a video , I wonder if I can overtake the instructor?

Silverstone, eh? Watch out for nutty goofballs running on the track...

So what are the specs of the car? Weight, horsepower, top speed, etc?

Re: I'm Going Racing!
That was a sad day.
The car ILMV will be driving is a custom build specific to Silverstone, some specs (but not much) here: http://silverstone.co.uk/php/de_singleSeater_exp.html

Re: I'm Going Racing!
I think it has a 1.6ltr Ford Duratech engine, 0-60 in 5 seconds (which is slower than my motorbike).
Don't know much else, as there isn't a make / model :O
