I have completed an application and need sign it with an SSL certifcate from a trusted CA. The application will be distrubuted on a CD or Flash drive, and currently Autoplay displays the fun "Publisher not specified" or "Publisher not verified" message below the application in the Autoplay menu. I have searched around and found that Verisign & Commodo are two of the certs the MS trusts. Is there anything else I should know before purchasing a Commodo certificate for $179 to sign the application? Thanks.
