I don't like to eat food that has had feces pass through it.
But everything else I like. Chicken's feet, congealed blood.

Eating feet sounds interesting. We usually throw away the feet.
What is adidas - All day I dream about slaughter?

I would think that the chicken feet and pigs ear would be rather chewy. Starts one thinking about Fear Factor fare.

fear factor test for most foreigners.
the only delicacy best eaten in the middle of the night.
when starting at around 6-7 pm until midnight some on-foot or on-bicycle peddler would shout "Balooooooooooooooooooooooooot"

Not sure, never been to USA to know of such but I doubt there is something in there that Filipinos cannot eat. Here, they eat snakes, lizards, rats, etc...

Re: Filipino Delicacies.
There's a lot of jack rabbits around where I live. The coyotes often enjoy them. I know some people down here shoot them and cook them for a meal. Poor bunnies. I'm a vegetarian so I don't eat anything with flesh on it.
I remember seeing a jack rabbit pass under a semi trailer that was going down Highway 86 at around 60 mph and the rabbit had no problem clearing the truck. They are very fast. The only way the coyotes catch them is if they're in a pack so they can surround the rabbit.
