    [2008] reading and writing to settings.cfg

    i want my form to read a textfile and make it like line 1 will put in textbox1.text and line 2 will put it in like textbox2.text
    and like when the app closes it writes textbox1.text to line 1 and textbox2.text to line 2 in the .cfg file

    i found acouple codes, but i havent found one that worked for what i wanted to do

    so how far have you got so far? Have you got the first part working but just cant get it to save to the settings file or have you not got any of it working? Can you post your code?

    im having problems with both i tried these codes, i thought this was how but appearently its not saving
    Code:
    my.computer.filesystem.writealltext
    and
    Code:
    my.computer.filesystem.readalltext
    but i guess im wrong theres no errors, and what i put is not the full code, i cant remember it now and im playing a game so i cant check
