Problem with SHELL

In my program there's a SHELL (VB 3.0) which starts a game.
But this game (Commander Keen 4) always says there isn't
enough memory. When I start Commander Keen from the Explorer
or File-Manager while my program is running, Keen 4 works
perfect.
(-> I've NT 4.0 SP 6)

Where is the problem ?

Check the full path in file manager, The Icon (when double clicked)may be passing arguements to the .exe for run modes etc. which you will need to pass too.
