This is where you should be posting 
In the other thread - http://www.vbforums.com/showthread.php?t=364991 you should read the posts and links as alot of good info is posted in there on the topic.
But if you are going to be deploying to any Vista systems then you should not use the hlp file extension or project type and rather the chm type as hlp is no longer supported in Vista.
