Programmer required for small basic project

Hey,

I need a project created which is quite simple, I can paypal in US Dollars.

I need someone to create a project in API.

Basically, its a program that I use that I require someone to do some basic things,

Click a menu > Select something on that menu > Enter something into a textbox on that program and click okay.

This is extremely small project but I need it ASP, I have references and please contact me on this thread if you can do it.

What do you mean by API? do you mean GUI?
