WMP and EQ
How do you use EQ with wmp. I've searched the net and can't find any examples, even with msdn. Does anyone here know?

Re: WMP and EQ
I'm not prefer WMP, but there should be an EQ integrated into. But im not sure, you can simply use it, because mostly these are UI extensions. If you just wanna build a media player for yourself, you may want to check out FMOD, there are a tons of cool features, that is incldue easy-to-use EQs/VST and so on..
For video/media playback you can also go after, the directshow things, just include the ffdshow plugins into your playback chain, to get a tons of nice features. ffdshow audio also includes audio effects, such as compressor, eq, channel mixer etc...
Oh, and you can also build a (yet-another) frontend for Mplayer, that is supports almost everything, and need no any codecs installed, because the package contains them.
