Getting rid of the surveys is a bit harder. These are geneally coming from one of the ads (second hand) and thus a bit out of our control. All we can do is forward the complaints. In genera, it is hard to tell if they are coming from a current ad, or an ad on a page you just left.
Often, if you click into them once, a cookie will be written that keeps further requests away.
I know this isn't much help, but we'll report the issue and see if anything comes of it.
