How can I send sound to recipient?
I'm trying to write something like automatic sound information. After dialing number, I want to send sound to recipient. How it can be done? (it's in wave format)

You mean you want to play a wav file after you have dialed someone?
If your program does the dialing, presumably you can just play the wav file - whether the person at the other end would hear it is debatable.

But I want to send wave instead of voice from microphone.

To test it out, dial a number, and then play a wav file, and see if the person at the other end can hear it.
If so, you can dial from your own s/ware and then play a wav file
