    Question Acx Controls and JavaBeans

    Does Serialization in JavaBeans similar to
    PrpertyBag in Acx Controls?

    If not what is the Bean equivalent of Property bag
    and The VB equivalent of Serialization?

    They do basically the same thing, but Serialization [sic] allows you to save the entire state to any stream: a file, FTP connection, whatever. PropertyBag just saves it into the ambient environment.
