    Post Licensing agreement! ...?

    I'm selling software online, some customers are asking for a licensing agreement.

    I don't have a clue on where to start... Does annyone have anny tips for me?

    My company sells internationally...

    I've not got involved with this side myself, but before you receive any replies from those who have, I would suggest you get an appointment with a local reputable solicitor who can advise and possibly create this for you. If you are selling internationally, this should be money well spent in preventing you having your property copied unlawfully.
