Great cricketing commentary lines.
A certain CH9 South Africian commentator
"And Ponting has gone for a slash outside off stump." Got to love a game that involves this sort of thing.

I remember Lillie caught Dilley bowled Willey.
The classic was when "Botham failed to get his leg over" and Johners overcome with laughter.

Heard nation wide during a Sri Lanka Oz test match by the afore mentioned SA commentator.
"The Sri Lankas are grouped together jibbering in their own little language!"
We should deport this guy.

writing haskell makes your life easier:

Ian Chappel after Jayasurya hit Chris Harris for 30 runs in one over.
"Chris should be relieved that he has completed his overs. He would not ask his captain to give him a ball when Santh is batting. But some people, like me,are much more brave. Once Mr.Someone from NZ hit me for 18 runs. I told my captain to give me one more chance. He wasn't going to hit 18 runs twice in a row!. I was quite right.. he didn't quite hit 18.. but he took 22"
