    [2008] Skinning forms

    Hello.

I have created a C# project in visual studio 2008. I would like to create a 'skin' for the main form; I would like to be able to create custom borders, buttons, combo boxes, etc to make my project look cooler.

I've searched google, found a few methods, but none of them seem to work for visual studio 2008

    Could anyone please help?

    Thanks

Hi, you could use wpf with Visual Studio 2005 using the wpf extentions for visual studio 2005, you could fine more information here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Check my website there some Examples of WPF in the Wpf space section.

The top link didn't work, and the bottom one only works with 2005. Thanks anyway

Does anyone know how to do this, but with Visual Studio 2008?

AFAIK WPF is a standard part of VS2008! It's really something you should be looking into as it's provides all the features you could possibly think of regarding the UI design.

WPF is an acronym for Windows Presentation Foundation, give it a google .
