    vsflexgrid

    Hi

Following is the scenario.I have a VB application that uses vsflexgrid version 6.0 in it.I was running this application without any problems.

Then i installed a small(another) vb application that uses
    VSflexgrid 7.0.

Both applications were running fine. Both applications are independent of each other.

Note that i have only vsflexgrid 6.0 installed on my machine.
The 2nd application(using vsflexgrid7.0) basically uses the support files(used PDW) that came with during the installation.

Later i made some changes to the exe of the second application due to which i had to recompile the exe.

Now the problem is i cant run any of the 2 applications.

when i attempt to start the first application,
The first application throws a runtime error 327
    saying
"Failed to load control vsflexgrid from Vsflex6.ocx.Your version may be outdated.Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application."

when i attempt to start the second application,

"Failed to load control vsflexgrid from Vsflex7.ocx.Your version may be outdated.Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application."

what do i do to run the applications successfully

    Any help very much appreciated
    Thanks in anticipation :-)

    Thanks
    sk

normally it is possible to have two versions of vsflex grid installed on the same machine..because the vs flex 7 installation installs both versions..did u try to register the control manually with regsvr32.exe. sometimes that can help.
