    Windows Application and CR Setup

    I am creating setup project for one of the windows based application developed in vb.net,i have few queries about setup project

    1>To include CR (in my case it's ver 9.1) in setup project i added Merge Module (Managed.asm),so do i need to include any other files?
    2>Is it necessary for client to have IIS before i run this setup?
