Keeping Getting Logged Off
If I respond to a post using the Quick Post and spend some time composing my answer, when I Submit my answer -- frequently -- I get a response I am not logged on.
This then forces me to remake my post offline, relogin and paste my post so I don't timeout.
Any settings I need to adjust or is this normal?
-----------------------------------
I also am unable to edit a new thread subject to correct.
For example this thread the first word s/b "Keep" not "Keeping"
but I am unable to correct

Re: Keeping Getting Logged Off
Try closing your browser(s) and clearing your cookies from the Control Panel > Internet Options applete. Then reopen VBF and check the "Remember me" checkbox and see if that helps.

Re: Keeping Getting Logged Off
Checking Remember Me will solve it.
The only side issue with this is that you will automatically be logged in the next time you open the site if you simply close the browser without logging out.

Re: Keeping Getting Logged Off
dw, I assume from your recent PM that Hack's suggestion didn't work. Is that correct?

And if it didn't help you might find your answer if you search this forum for logout where you'll find threads like this one.
