Hi all!![]()
I'm using VB 6 to create a winsock program for school. Unfortunately not all the computer that I want to install the program on have the VB6 runtimes and the computers have a file protector so my files on C:\ are automatically deleted. But they have go the VB5 runtimes.
I was wondering if there was any way to change the version of runtimes that my version of VB6 uses to VB5. Or if there was another program that I could use that doesn't need runtimes and is very similar to VB (not C++, it's way too hard + costs $$$). It would be good if it was free.
Thanks in advance.
