Has anybody heard of a "High-level" design?

I have this retarded teacher who isn't even certified and I think they're full of sh*t and everything they're giving us is bull. This "high-level" design is something the retard wants us to do as part of this final project. It's so lame.

as far as i can figure. "high-level design" is how you create forms in VB. it's similar to VC++'s Dialog Editor. you can layout the form yourself without messing with the window classes and window creation code.

    May be off the point....but.....

"high Level Design" = Over all design of a Product/Module

"Low Level Design" = Design of the individual components of a Product?module.
