Well, once again I'm turning to the VBForums for help!
I've recently started work on a Communications Centre Application, and I'm looking for people to give feedback on what they feel it should include. I'll also be looking for Beta Testers at a later date, so now's your chance to sign up!
What it can do so far, or will do soon:
- Send SMS Messages to any UK Mobile Phone
- Send a FAX
- Send / Receive Email
- Manage an address book, which will be linked into the other services
- Allow the user to chat over a LAN
If you can think of any other features you'd like to see included, then post them here! Also, can anyone tell me if any file extensions beginning with "ph" (apart from .php) are in use by any major applications?
Thanks!!!

Ian,
You just can't leave any thread alone can you?
Cyber,
Don't listen to him, he's clearly insane. On the subject of your app - an automatic hedgehog renovator would be quite nice....

Aha! Cool ideas! Any idea where I can find details on the Hedgehog interface via the Serial Port?

The Hedgehog wouldn't fit in a serial port not enough holes for all the pins!!

Look in that it is made by Fox or Car... I think that it is also known as the "Road-Kill" adapter!

You'd probably be better of using an IR comms port to communicate with hedgehogs. Less risk of injury.
I'd have to be fairly flexible 'cos the little bleeders run around everwhere!!!

You should add a wotsit to help the thingy interact with the other thingy!

Ah, but you forgot the doodah which interacts with the thingummy to allow the other bit to do that thingy..

But I thought that you said that the hoojemaflip is connected to the thingummy! So that the doodah can interact with the wotsit and subsequently make the thingy do what it is meant to do!

Nah! The flippityflop connects to the hoojemaflip which interacts with the wotsit which allows the thingummy to process the results of the thingy which is powered by the flimflam!

You're obviously forgetting the double-flange grommit toggle (part of a wonkle engine) - these are essential !
Ian,
We've ruined this thread haven't we? Takes me back to the good old days.....

You know that you shouldn't rely on a flimflam protocol analyser when working with a wonkle engine!! Its too unstable you want to use Hamster power... Loads of wheels with Hamsters in!

Well that's just asking for trouble!!! using a wonkle engine with a plopsicle wangdoodle! You should have used Greecian 2000 on it... Its a bit slow and its completely black and white!

Ah, but I was also using a swingflobber, which interfaced with the plopsicle wangdoodle and isn't compatible with Grecian 2000!

You are using a swingflobber with Grecian 2000... Well I didn't know that. Maybe you should use Rod-Hull 2.0 with Emu-file 4.2.. Or use BobbyDavro OS 6.4

I've decided to switch to PamelaLeeOS 9 anyway...It's a bit over inflated, but essentially sound...Very streamlined in places!!!

But PamalaLeeOS 9 has a major problem from 2 viruses..
1. TommyLee virus.. ****s it all up and destroys everything!
and
2. The Baywatch Virus.. Your machine just runs in Slow motion and becomes thick as Pig ****!
