    Question

Someome said (in another forum) that control arrays are no longer allowed in VB.NET. I haven't seen it yet but was just wondering whether it was true.

If it is true, what is the reason? I find them very useful for reducing code duplication.
Everything I say is either loose interpretation of dubious facts or idle speculation rooted in irrational sentiment.

    Ahhh, yes they've killed it.

    I wonder if there's still a 256 control limit on a form.
    Bugger, this was really useful.

A pic to confirm this attached. They say that a lot of VB testrs on the beta 1 complained about a couple of "normal" / "essential" vb6 options removed that they shove back into the Beta 2, I hope this was one of them
