Go into your profile, and change your time to something else.
And for the server-busy messages, there are plenty of threads on this, even ones that are still being shown in Feedback forums, read a few and you will understand .

Good News. It is. You're clock is based on Greenwhich meantime (an international standard... DST is a localised thing .. I think just North America)(yes, I know Britain has British Summer Time but it happens on different dates)
So if your timezone is Normally GMT -7 you hit DST and the clocks go forward one hour, therefore you are now at GMT -6.
This should sort you out in no-time!

Yeah, yeah. I knew all that. My problem is, I want it fixed :P I just wish this forum would get fixed or something. They should upgrade their server or bandwidth, whatever it is.

Don't diss John and VB World. He does his best, he makes no money from it (apart from the ads maybe), it's free to you. Sure it gets busy but that's cause it popular!! As John has already explained, they cannot implement a DST change because not every country observes the same time changes and the same time. It would be impossible to implement. It is much easier just to change the time as you see it from GMT. You only have to do it twice a year for ****'s sake!!!

Who is John? And I love this site. I would never diss em. I just wanted to point out some things I consider to be bugs, and if the administration would so wish, they can try to fix them.

John and James are administrators, as John said before, this board is a beta version, they are testing everything and tryin' to do all they can to fix it. For some reason, everyday at 12 PM EST, the boards seem to get busy, and this kills it, and the messages go up.
They are doin' the best they can.
Be patient, John will make sure we're all satisfied in the end .
