[RESOLVED] Can't scroll code?
Hey all, this is kinda bizarre...
When I scroll the mouse wheel it doesn't scroll the code in the code window. I have VB6SP6. Logitech MX1000 laser mouse. Scrolls fine at home (this is my work pc...) WT#$#@$@#?

Re: Can't scroll code?
This fixes a known problem with the mouse-wheel. If that doesn't fix your problem you may need to get an updated driver from Logitech.

Re: Can't scroll code?
I have the same problem. But I have Visual Basic 6 Enterprise Edition without any service packs. However, for me this is not a problem.
If you still want to scroll your code in the IDE, take a look at this Microsoft article:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=837910
I think it solves your problem (NOTE: I didn't use this, so I can't say anything about it.).

Re: Can't scroll code?
i tried the microsoft fix. It doesn't work in the sdi. I don't use the mdi because i'm using dual monitors. I install it and scroll and it only scrolls down one line and stops. The only way to get it to scroll again is to hit the refresh al components now button, at which point it only scrolls one line again. I haven't tried the other program yet.

May be you should try to test the fix in MDI mode and see if it generally works in your case.

Re: [RESOLVED] Can't scroll code?
The MS fix doesn't work if your VB IDE is in SDI mode, that's why I use VBScroll, and VBscroll has been very stable for me, it's never crashed a VB IDE.
Here's another one that includes VB source code interface, but it didn't seem stable for me.

VBScroll works fine. Wonderfully stable, and it even has code to start up when the system does. YAY!!
