    Resolved [RESOLVED] Script Validation

    Hi all,

Just wondering if someone can help me with the following.

I had an application developed sometime ago; however, it performs some form of validation against the domain, thus preventing me from now changing and installing the application on my new domain; therefore, I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction of removing whatever validation the script performs.

I have included the full install.php file as I presume this is the script that prevents it from being moved over to my new domain.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Re: Script Validation

I am guessing here that the terms of the license agreement under which you run this software restricts the transference to another domain. Why else would the author bother verifying the domain in the script? If this is the case then removing it will probably constitute a breach of the license agreement and possibly copyright laws.

We don't help people on this forum if there is evidence that this is the case. So unless you can provide evidence to the contrary i.e. the copyright owners permission to do this then you won't be getting any help here.
