How to start the web application development in ASP.Net using VB.net
Dear All,
I want to develop a web application using ASP.Net in VB.Net. I have Visual Studio 2005 installed on my computer. When i select a ne project in VB.Net, i cannot find ASP.Net web application.
Or how can i start with the development of the web application in VB.Net or C#.

If you have the Express version then you need to also download the Visual Web Developer as that is the Express (free) version of ASP.NET

When you installed VS did you opt in and check the option to install ASP.NET? You would also have had to install IIS and FPSE

I do not remember whether i had checked the option or no.
Is there any way to find out the same now.

Just rerun the install from yourcd/dvd and select the modify/add or remove and you can do as such.
