    What's the best way to make GIF's ? (Give me a program name and a site if possible, but I can probably find it )

    I use Jasc Animation Shop 3 (comes with PSP7), PSP7, Photo-Paint, or GIFCON32 for my Gifs.
    All contents of the above post that aren't somebody elses are mine, not the property of some media corporation.
