im not sure where this question should go, so if it needs to me moved let me know. heres my situation. i am currently serving in the peace corps in botswana africa. i need to design a program that would allow our head office to send messages to multiple recipients (upwards of a 100 people). i also need to be able to save the messages etc. i was thinking the best way to do this would be by creating a program with bluetooth. the program would send the message and the recipients name to the usb dongle, which would then send it to a bluetooth phone, which would then send it out to the recipient. is this the best way to do this? if so, can anyone tell me how to get started with vb.net and bluetooth. and if anyone has access to a virtual bluetooth dongle, i would need that for development. i am using visual basic 2005 express
