Have a major problem! Please help.

We own a few domain names in the .net, .tv extensions and someone else owns the .com version of our brand name.

The owner will not sell his domain to us but for free hosts our main site in a frames page with a porn banner underneath! Go figure!

This is insane!!!!

Is there a VBScript that I can paste on the top of our main webpage that can detect the referral of that frames page and then automatically refresh or redirect the browser to only show our main site while dumping his garbage?
