    An Exception occurred during the Commit Phase...

    what this happened? how to fix it? doesn't find any useful information

    1st NF - a table should not contain repeating groups.
    2nd NF - any fields that do not depend fully on the primary key should be moved to another table.
    3rd NF - there should be no dependency between non key fields in same table.

    XPS is MS Tools to see XML document, like PDF but in it..it's XML formatted

    you can go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

    it's not just for XPS, i install JRE and the error is the same..can't find any related issue to this but i think it's about Two handshake Commit phase..

    somewhere in the registry

    Anything in event viewer?

    Also, when that message comes up, press Ctrl+C, some messageboxes allow you to copy the text out of them. You can then see the full error message.

    ok, i'll check that..currently i'very away from the crashed computer

    sorry, don't have any information..the Crashed Computer already reinstalled by my colleague
