    Yeah, Earth is divided into 2 Hemispheres- Upper and lower (From the Equator and up is the upper, and from the Equator and down is the lower)

    Yes, we can tell Emo is being very centric in his geography. Dennis saw my point. It isn't Upper and Lower, its Nothern and Southern.

    Florida is also in the Western, but that is more abitrary than Northern.

    Well, IPv6 may help to do that...there's enough for an address for EACH PERSON in the world, and then some.
