accessing asp.net file on a network

i created a small program in visual studio 2005

when i press play |> button it opens an local host file and works fine

how can i do so that i can make this file accessible to all people on the network?

it automatically records some information such as username and machine name

i want them to run it and the info will be saved in the database how can i make them access the file to run it in their browser?
