    treeview plus minus root

    I can get the treeview to work and add nodes and all that.
    I don't want the plus minus sign on the root, but I do want them on all the children.
    I have uploaded an image to explain what I mean.

    Sorry, but it's all or nothing. In other words you can't just put it on the children.
