    I've seen that article before, it's the one about how Internet Explorer can't show that page. I found it kind of predictable, and a bit boring. Poorly written overall, though the editing was better than some of the stuff out there. I don't see why you feel it applies more to Ron Paul, would Guiliani be more of a GPF?
