How do I get the "ASP Decoder" meaning the program on which ASP could be written?
I went to the Microsoft site and it said I should download NT service pack 4 or something like that, I did.
The thing is the installation isn't going well(probably cause I don't really have NT but Win98).
    What should I do?
    Thanks in advanced Dave!

    hi Dave.

What microsoft has told you to do is donwload the option pack so you can install IIS. IIS (Internet Information Server) is microsoft's full blown web server, and has to be running on NT Server or 2000 server. as you have win98 you can use PWS (Personal Web Server) which is microsoft's cut down version. You can't use it as a proper web server, but can be used over an intranet. it's on you win 98 CD (Can't remember exactly where, but search for a folder PWS. if I remember correctly it's in the addin's folder)

    Hope this helps

ASP is basically written in text file, just like HTML.
