Seriously, it depends what you want to do. I use a combination of Crystal as well as Word or Excel Templates for my reports - it just depends on what I think is the best tool for the job.
Im looking for a report where we can modify its columns or we can enter something on it like the names of signatories during runtime. whether its a free tool(open source) or not. But i prefer open source.
