Runtime error '372': the version of ocx may me outdated

Hi all,
I am using customized Date_time.ocx in my application it's working fine in my machine, I have created deployment package from VS.NET 2005 and Deployed in my "XP Virtual PC". when i running the application the from giving error as "Faild to Load control: ABC, from Date_Time.ocx , Your version Date_Time.ocx may me outdated.

There is no other ocx control named the same before you install? I dont see how it would say your control is out of date unless you have extended a standard .net control of 1.1 framework and are writting your app in 2.0 perhaps?

This is first time I am instaling into VirtualPC,..and the same application is working fine in my development system, but when i create deployment package through VS.NET 2005 and deployed in VirtualPC, on selecting that particular screen it showing that error.

Hmm, maybe ther is a bug with VPC. Have you tried searching?
