Does anyone know why I would get this message and any way to fix it?
"License information for this component not found. You do not have an appropirate license to use this functionality in the design enviorment"

It could be any number of reasons but the most likley I think is that it isn't installed properly, so it moans about not being licenced. Try re-insalling whatver it is, or maybe even the whole of VB. I had almost the exact same problem with Access 97, it wouldn't let me open because of "no licence found on this machine" and I'm thinking "yeah, whatever you reckon". I had tried to install it in a folder different from the default, but when I did install it in the default it was fine! Blame Microsoft, that's what I say!
