CrossTab Report Big Problem

how i can make a RTL CrossTab Report in CR10 or CR11.
i am searching an answer for this Q from 2 years ago, and i can't get the solution.
please, Help me

Hello,
RTL means Right To Left Crosstab Report
i.e:
the rows appear in the right of the table
and the columns expanded from the right to the left direction of the report page.
