EULA and Other Software Agreements
Searched this but came up with very little,
i have managed to get a few clients interested in my app (VB6 Frontend with MDB backend), however thier IT departments have requested the EULA to check/agree to it etc before final decision to purchase.
can anyone point me in the right direction, preferably Australian contacts if at all possible, but will settle for examples, samples etc.
cheers

Re: EULA and Other Software Agreements
One of the issues with creating a EULA is that they generally reference existing software copyright laws. You would need to know what those laws are, and how, under them, your software is protected.

Re: EULA and Other Software Agreements
There really isnt any general pre-written EULA's. You would need a software licensing attorney to correctly write one up for you. If your app is important I wouldnt leave something like this up to trying to write one up yourself as it can get you into trouble if someone challenges a loophole etc.
