    Sales Contracts

    Can anyone please point me in the right direction of sales contracts etc that i might be able to use when selling my software. this is primarily to protect my company form damages, and to outline specific requirements and obligations of both parties. i know i will have to develop my own unique contracts but i realy have no idea where to start, so if anyone has any templates or guidelines please send them to me or point me in the right direction.

    also if anyone has any stories tips or usefull information that may help with the sale of software and the building up of a business that would be greatly appreciated as well.
