[Liquid Metal]

I ran across this freeware which I am pretty fascinated by two of their features. They have one where you can point to anything and it saves the picture of whatever you pointed to, such as a toolbar only. The other feature is that the user can draw a rectangle anywhere on the screen and it takes a picture of that too. I am interest in know how both are done.
