SHortcuts will not point to my exe

This is really wierd.

I add a setup project to my windows app, go through all the steps, build it then deploy.

Everything works fine except the fact that the shortcuts I creat on the desktop and in the program files all point to the folder and not the executable.

When I open up my setup project again, right click on the shortcuts and try to alter the target property of the shortcut I only get the choice of "Application Folder", "Users Desktop" or "Users Programs Menu".

There seems to be no way for me to say "Application folder & this exe file".

What am I doing wrong ?
