Bad Image Error upon installation

Hi everyone. I was deploying an app using VB 6.0 via it's Package and Deployment Wizard. Previous deployments have been successful but there is a recent case where an error was encountered upon installing the app.

The error description is as follows:

Install: setup.exe - Bad Image

The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\VB6STKIT.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

Does anyone have an idea why I got this error and how I can resolve it?

The cryptic message probably means the the dll is corrupt so you probably need to get another one.

Either that or the process in creating the cab file got corrupted.

Your setup.exe file may even be corrupted.

Good ol' Microsoft and it's explanatory messages...
