[RESOLVED] Microsoft SQL Server Database file

I am using vs 2005, I am used to access database graphical creation .

I would like to know how to begin to create the database with Microsoft SQL Server Database .

I have gone to the Data tab and added a myDataBase.mdf

So my query is for a helping guide in some direction from there to create tables
