[RESOLVED] Quick Question
If I use Access as a data base, does the user need to have access installed?

That depends on what you are doing with the database.
If all you use it for is data storage, then No.
However, if you are going to use anything which requires the database to open, such as running an Access report, or running an Access query, then Yes, they would have to have it installed.
