    Resolved [RESOLVED] sharing and idea with a friend

    i got an idea for a program and i want a friend of mine to work with me on it on c++ while i do the vb stuff.... how can i make sure he doesnt just steal my idea... is a chat log enough if things get ugly?

    Search google for a "Non Disclosure Agreement" (NDA) - there should be a bog standard one out there somewhere.

    Get him to sign it and if he runs of with your idea you will have some legal comeback.
