    Making a network\server

    I want to make a network\server
    that i can connect people to themselfs.

    people 1 can talk to people 2
    and they can connect to netwoks \ server


    how do i do it ?

    If you mean a text chat program, do a search on the forum for chat. There are at least a few examples. There may even be a few for voice chat.
    The most difficult part of developing a program is understanding the problem.
    The second most difficult part is deciding how you're going to solve the problem.
    Actually writing the program (translating your solution into some computer language) is the easiest part.

    I was hoping even to share files .
    BTW
    the server will be on my computer ? or that i can use hosting server?
