    C++

    hi giys

    someone has come to me with some code that they want looking over.

    the code is in c++
    when i hover over the file it says c++ 6 workspace,

    the question is
    (beause it doesnt run in .net)

    what program do i need to compile and run and edit the software

    any suggestions must appreciated.
    it works 60% of the time, all the time.
