    Exclamation programmer groups/teams [vb6]

    Hello,
    I wanted to know if here someone owns/is a member of some kind of coders group/team [vb6].. working on projects and so on, even if they develope open source or closed sorce or shareware applications.. I would like to join this kind of group, never worked in any groups so would be interesting and could get some experience.. If anyone knows some group post please
    (or if you need more information about my experience etc, pm me)

    Hey,
    I'm looking for people who want to join my Closed Source Freeware Game Programming Team.
    The main idea is that me make Grotesque and Extremely Gore Games..
    Think about lots of Blood an Demons and Shotguns.. ^^
    THe only thing is.. we develop in C++..
    But if you can make us wrapper Dlls for DirectX or so.
    You can be kinda useful as a VB programmer. You can also make the Map Builder and stuff with VB6.
    Tell me if you're interested.

    Hi,
    im sorry but game programming kinda isnt the right spot for me, i would be probably bad at it all that comes to graphic programming makes me feel lame

    Game programming is a lot about networking and Maths.
    Its really under rated..
    But, anyhow no sweat then you don't join in

    *Cough* Game programming is not actually the building of the game, it is the building of tools and the engine that designers and developers can work from. You see, the programmer do not build the game, they build the engine.

    To ironskull: I love gorey games and I love freeware. If I had time I would join you. I have a question however, why do you want slow VB DLL's to attach to your engine. Surely I would expect your DirectX programming to be done in C++.

    Heh I did Say Wrapper Dlls XD
    That makes programing even more easy.
    Heh It was only because he was looking for a team so I thought up a way for him

    And about the I'm very busy my self atm.
    Though I'm still trying to gather a little team.

    VB dll's would be so good idea indeed.. then you would need to code the dll host application with activeX support.. which is not worth i think..

    true but i meant like a team thats developing programs and releasing them under theyr name
