Setting up pop3 and "import" existing mail accounts

I am moving my site from a shared to a dedicted host. (win 2003 server)
As we did not take the mail package, I will have to set up the mail myself.

At the moment our mail is hosted by a seperate company (dont tell me to contact them..i dont speak chinese that well yet). There are only 34 mail accounts

from what I read it's not that big a deal (allthough I know zit about it) to set up a pop3 server on a windows 2003 server.

I jsut want to make sure, if I will manually re-create all the email accounts, or is there some way to import/export it?

I dont have the server rolled out yet, so cannot play around.

A push in the right direction will be appreciated.
